Thyme to Shine

A bright, herb-infused refresher crafted to calm the mind, lift the spirit, and reconnect you with natures goodness.


There’s something special about the way certain herbs work together, and this drink is a perfect example. Thyme to Shine brings together four natural elements—lemon balm for calm, ginger for warmth, lemon for clarity, and fresh thyme for grounding brightness. It’s a soothing-yet-energising herbal tonic you can sip any time you want to reset your system, settle your thoughts, or simply enjoy a clean, vibrant flavor straight from the garden.

Whether you drink it chilled on a busy morning or warm during a quiet pause, this blend is designed to help your body and mind shine a little brighter.

Recently with colds and generally 'mehness' filling spaces, I wanted to create something that could be enjoyed both at home and in my classes.


Ingredients

Lemon Balm (You can make this without lemon balm if you don't have any)

Ginger

Lemon

Fresh sprigs thyme - i usually use 4/5

Honey (optional, but I think it gives this receipe a real hug)


Recipe

Fill a pan with boiling water f

Add the ginger, lemon, lemon balm and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add the thyme sprigs for the last minute


Stand over the pan (safely of course) and breathe in the goodness for an added 'oooooh' moment


Serve in your favourite mug, and sit by a lit fire or candle for optimal enjoyment
