Chocolate Quinoa Glow Balls

Oh hey you little balls of lovelines.
These glow balls are less about precision and more about intuition. Rich cacao, golden honey or maple syrup, creamy nut butter, and light, crunchy puffed quinoa come together to create a little bite of energy that you can truly tailor to yourself. Some days you might want them soft and fudgy, other days extra crunchy — this is your permission to play. Adjust the quinoa, tweak the nut butter, follow your cravings, and roll them exactly how you like them. Perfectly imperfect, just the way nourishing food should be.
Ingredients
2tbps - Cacao Powder
1 Cup - Honey/Maple syrup
3tbps Nut butter of your choice
A good helping of puffed quinoa and chopped nuts of your choice. I like to play around with the quantity of puffed quinoa so you can really make them your own.
Receipe
Throw all ingredients into a bowl and roll into balls, I make mine around 65g per ball.
They keep in the fridge for around a week, I haven't tried freezing them but sure you can.
Take them with you to work, in your gym bag, or settle down with a good book and glow in peace.
As always, sharing is completely optional.
