Healthy Snacks

Our healthy no-bake protein bars are a must in our house. Packed full of all the good stuff, they are not only a smart, nourishing choice for anyone looking for a healthy snack but they also do great things for your body.

Made from simple cupboard ingrediants they are naturally high in plant based protein, healthy fats and fibre, helping to keep blood sugar steady and energy levels consistent.


Ingrediants

  • Oats - 90g

  • Mixed nuts (chopped) - 110g

  • Ground Almonds - 50g

  • Peanut butter - 125g

  • Dates - 40g

  • Maple syrup or Honey - 40g

  • Pistachios - 30g

  • Dark Chocolate >70% - 60g


Method

Soak dates in warm water for 10 - 15mins + melt the dark chocolate

Blend the protein base

Blend dates + peanut butter + maple syrup into a thick paste

Dry Mix

Combine oats, almonds, chopped nuts, pistachios

Combine it all together

Mix all together adding the liquid from the dates if its a little dry, then either roll into balls or press into a lined loaf tin, then pour with melted dark chocolate

Chill

Pop into the freezer or fridge, once everythings is set, slice and enjoy. The bars are best kept in the fridge foir freshness.
